If a Muslim is able to practice his religion openly in a kaafir country where he is staying for work, but there is no mosque or (Muslim) community, is he sinning thereby?.

The evidence indicates that it is haraam to settle among the mushrikeen, and it is obligatory to migrate from the kaafir country to a Muslim country if one is able to do that.
